DISCOVER LONDON
What London taught me so far…
2016 has been an amazing, but also a challenging year for me! I took a big decision and left my hometown Copenhagen to follow my dreams in London. Luckily for me, I met Frenchie, so I never really felt lonely in my new city. Even though some things seems strange to me here – and I do miss my family and friends, I have never regretted moving over. I would like to share some of my best moments so far with you and hope they will be inspiring to you also.
A festive week to remember – our amazing evening at The Royal Albert Hall
I so enjoyed the time I had with my mother, when she was here to visit me from Denmark last week! The most spectacular event was by far our evening at The Royal Albert Hall.
A festive week to remember – Shopping at Bond Street, Fortnum and Liberty
As you might recall from my previous post, my mother was here to visit me from Denmark last week – and we went Christmas bananas! I really wanted to show my mother everything possible, that makes London special at Christmas (I think she was very tired, but happy, when she took the flight back home)
A festive week to remember – Somerset skating and The Delaunay
I have had such a lovely week in London! My mother was here to visit me and I can’t really think of anything we did, that didn’t put us in the right Christmas spirit. In this blog I will invite you to join me on a trip to all the great places we went.
There is no place like Carnaby Street
Discovering London can be quite a challenge, if you only have a few days to spend in this marvellous city. It is so rich in history, that it can be difficult to know, where to begin for a newcomer! There is however a very special place, that always makes my guests from abroad very excited – and this place is Carnaby Street
Belgravia Christmas market
I don’t think there is a place on earth, where Christmas is more celebrated than in London! It is definitely the season to visit markets and fairs all over town (preferably with a hot mulled wine in your hand to get you in the merry spirit)
