Do you know that feeling? The feeling of always being busy and not really present! I certainly do – and it doesn’t get better living in a very big city, where you are surrounded by many people everywhere you go! Being pregnant has taught me a few things. First of all how important it is to “listen to my body” And lately my body has been telling me to stop and take it easy – especially now, where I am 25 weeks pregnant!
When its cold and rainy outside all you really want to do is snuggle up with a warm cup of tea and Netflix! But being pregnant it is important to get a bit of fresh air and regular exercise, so there is no way around it. Just be sure to always bring an umbrella, when going out in London!
It is not easy being pregnant and a lover of food! Living in London there are simply too many tempting places to be “eating for two!” So from time to time, it is necessary to go for more healthy choices – and that is what Frenchie and I did last Sunday!
January… It is the month of the year, that both seems a bit cold and grey – but also the best time for a new beginning! Many of us have created New Year’s resolutions – but will we follow through with them? “New year, new you, right?”
Oh… How my life has changed within a year! And I could not be more happy! I still can’t believe how lucky I am, when I hear my little babygirl refurnishing inside my belly (she is very busy these days) It is Christmas and the time, where I usually become a little bit sentimental…
Christmas came early this year… Our little miracle is almost 12 weeks old and wiggling in my womb as we speak! Frenchie and I could not be more excited – and I am already completely in love with my little princess! So what better way to celebrate this beautiful new chapter in our lives, than to go out and enjoy London in preparation for Christmas?
