“Bye, bye Palma – Hello Pollensa!”

In my previous post my family and I arrived in Beautiful Mallorca. Palma was our first stop on our trip and then it was time to drive up north, where our lovely villa with a private pool was waiting for us in Pollensa

We drove around 45 mins from Palma – and then we arrived to our own private paradise! This is our pool! Yes, I was jumping up and down, when I saw it! (So was Frenchie and Clara!)

Can Llobera is just one of the 600 handpicked villas and apartments, that Agni Beach Villas offers on their web site. Agni Beach Villas has existed since 2001 and is an online travel organisation that “takes pride in finding the perfect homes for their guests”.  There is something for everybody: Passionate globetrotters, occasional travelers, adventure seekers, romantic getaways or family gatherings

As mentioned earlier Can Llobera is located in Pollensa . The villa is air-conditioned and sleeps up to 4 people with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms along with private swimming pool

The living room has sofas, WiFi Internet, Satellite TV, DVD player and dining area. There are patio doors to the pool terrace

The double bedroom with a beautiful view…

 – and a twin bedroom with air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a shower (and a baby cot  available on request)

The large family bathroom with a bath…

The kitchen comes with granite work-tops, oven, cooking hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee machine, toaster and kettle

We loved the stunning landscaped surroundings  – and the fact, that there was a barbecue

Clara felt at home right away!

 – and so did we! There were two rather large supermarkets just 10 mins drive from our house. So we went shopping for all things necessary – and a bit more!

Wine, fresh fruit and family time with a pool/ mountain view! What more could you possibly ask for?’

We enjoyed every moment of our first day in Can Llobera! Excited about the days to come…

Good morning from Pollensa!

We woke up to a strange noise – and decided to go and explore. To our great surprise, there was a donkey living in “our backyard” and he was very happy to meet us. He became Clara’s friend (and we might have fed him with carrots and a bit of bread from time to time)

Mummy? When can we go swimming in the pool?

Clara was more than ready to try out the pool!

Worth remembering: The sun is strong in the south! Always remember to use high sun protection cream – especially when exposing your little one to the sun! Swimming outfit and sun hat from Sorens House

Clara and I had so much fun in the pool…

One thing I really love as a mother is the fact, that we had everything we needed for Clara in the house. When you go to the beach or a public pool, you have to remember SO many things! This was just pure bliss

In the evening, we decided to drive to Alcudia – one of the most popular towns in Mallorca…

Alcudia is very close to Pollensa so it was only a short drive, before we were walking along the beautiful beaches of Alcudia looking for a place to eat in Port d’Alcudia

It was the end of September, which meant that it wasn’t too busy here. I remember Alcudia as a very lively place, when I visited ten years ago in July – but this time, it was the perfect time to come around

The beaches in this area are made up of fine golden sand and the sea is light blue and shallow enough for families with young children to safely enjoy it. (Lola dress by Aspiga Beach Wear)

Ahhh… The perfectly made Sangria and delicious food with a sea view! This is life!

Want to join us for more adventures in Mallorca? Then stay tuned for the next post….

We were invited as guest by Agni Beach Villas. All opinions are as always my own!
