That is interesting, because Volvo is sort of made for tall Scandinavians 😀 This model was great for tall people. We are very tall both of us!
You should definitely consider Hatherley! It is so cosy there – and close to Cheltenham! (and you sister too!)

Looks like you had a great experience road testing the Volvo. Both my dad and my husband’s dad are / were Volvo men. My husband and I always look at them when buying new cars but struggle with the leg room, head height and passenger space being so limited.
I’m totally with you on how wonderful the Cotswolds are, there’s something so charming about the beautiful stone villages and, of course, with tourism so successful there are just so many absolutely gorgeous places to stay, eat and shop! I have to say that Hatherley Court looks gorgeous, and not too far from where my sister-in-law lives, so perhaps we’ll look at a stay there next time we visit her.

Gorgeous pictures – straight out of picture postcards!
I’ve only ever seen pictures of the Cotswolds on travel blogs and Instagram, and have been fascinated by the old-world charm of the place. Glad to see it through your eyes. 🙂
