One thing I will say that was is very useful during childbirth is Evian spray for the face for when you get hot (as they don’t encourage you to drink too much water). Don’t forget to pamper yourself after with some nice skin cream and dry shampoo in case you can’t get to the shower and you need a photo op! A box of chocolates for afters is a must and you forgot Jerome! He needs a big, fat cigar! After all, it’s the men who do all the hard work isn’t it Louise?! Scarlett x
