Uhhh… Those Swedish crayfish summer parties are very dangerous! People hardly eat and yes, there are a lot of “Skols” going around! 😀 In my younger days I could handle Aquavit pretty well. Nowadays… not really 😉

Love the plateware there too and the food looks great. I have had bits and pieces of Nordic food but never been to a restaurant. That dessert is stunning! Aquavit I know too well lol. Like 20 years ago I had lots of Swedish friends and we got invited by the Swedish consulate for the crayfish party. it was: eat 3 crayfish, SKOL, eat 3 crayfish, SKOL. Great post Louise.
