Cyprus looks like a great destination to do that, lovely hotel, fantastic views and that monastery looks amazing!

There is a lot of cheap package beach holidays going on here too! I am not a great fan of that kind of vacation choice either, but you can avoid it by going your own ways (as we did) 😀

Yes it is true that Cyprus is actually quite popular for golfing! I met a few players on the way to the airport, and they were very pleased with their experience at one of the golf resorts 🙂
